One more idea, but I'm not sure this helps you in any way: I had a somewhat similar issue a few months ago:
I have my datafield, that was already in the store, and all worked good. Then I built a new version that added edge1050 and uploaded it to the store and I got the "it can take up to 3 hours to approve" message on the screen, and immediately after that when I searched in Connect IQ the app was gone. I think in the web store it was still there, but I'm not sure. So in a way it's somewhat similar to your situation. Back then I reported it to the CIQ team by email, but didn't get an answer for a few days, so I made another build without the 1050 and uploaded it, 'cause I was loosing thousands of downloads every day. About a month later (after a few reminder emails) they found the cause. It was a bad string in the constants that I generated via a script. After I removed the invalid characters from the string and uploaded the new build the app was still there and a few minutes later I could upgrade to the new version from Connect IQ.

So if you have a "previous" version that was already in the store and could be found, then maybe you could try to make builds that gradually add small changes and find the problem that is causing it to disappear from the search results. Though it won't be easy... And probably it's wise to open a bug report and also send an email to [email protected]
Has anyone seen something similar with other apps? I've not had any problem using the mobile app to search for other apps - mine and from other devs.
I'm wondering if there was an error during an update verification - maybe not just the latest update, but one in the past. Check your junk/spam folder
This is happening to one of my clients as well; a search for the app (first released in November 2024 with a CIQ developer account created about the same time) on the web is fine but a search for the app on mobile returns nothing.

We are able to reproduce this—it's not to me clear why this is happening. It's not an EU DSA issue because that would affect both mobile and web, and it's not a device compatibility issues because we're checking with products that are compatible with the app. I'll file a ticket and have the mobile team investigate because this sounds like a mobile app bug.
