Hi, our app AbsolutSweat was published for about one month and it can be searched in ConnectIQ web but not in Mobile. Do you have any idea?

Yeah, I would've tried the other way around 7.4.3 -> 7.3.1, but you already tried that.
One more idea, but I'm not sure this helps you in any way: I had a somewhat similar issue a few months ago…
I think the developer has not yet been approved for the EU stuff, and the bug is probably related to that somehow. I am in Israel and I can reproduce exactly as you. But then I looked at the More from…
Has anyone seen something similar with other apps? I've not had any problem using the mobile app to search for other apps - mine and from other devs.
I'm wondering if there was an error during an update…
Yeah I also have a compatible device (fr955) and I can see the same problem. (I am not located in China or EU, btw. I am in Canada.)
- The app is found when I search "absolutsweat" on the CIQ store website
- The app is not found when I search "absolutsweat" in the Connect IQ iOS app. I tried to search for some phrases in the app description, like "tracking hydration", and they don't work either. (Searching for "tracking hydration" does find the app on the website.)
- If I open the app link (https://apps.garmin.com/apps/3d5cf52c-0bc9-4144-829f-12aaa500a720) in Safari on iOS, then I can tap on the "open in app" banner to view the app in the Connect IQ iOS app. At this point, I can install app on my fr955 device, so I am absolutely sure it is compatible
Not sure what's happening here. Might want to file a bug report.

It might be totally unrelated, but my guess is that it's somehow related, even though at least 2 of us are not in the EU
I just saw this: https://forums.garmin.com/beta-program/forerunner-965/f/announcements/399421/public-beta-version-22-12---0
"Supports the latest Connect IQ apps, watch faces, and data fields."
Which reminded me someone mentioning some unannounced System 8 thing that made me wonder: with which SDK version did you build your app? If it's the latest (7.4.*) then maybe this is the reason: it's for System 8 on devices that (will) have soon System 8, and you'll see it once you upgrade to the System 8 beta/public release?
I know it's not how it worked in the past (In the past you would have been able to see the apps that need firmware update, but clicking the install button would display you a message to let you know you need to update the firmware) but maybe it's changed now, or maybe it's filtered out now, until System 8 in not announced?
