Hi, I’ve just bought a new Venu 3. Whilst I can download nd install watch faces, when I create my own in Face It using a photo from my iPhone it will not install it. It keeps coming up with an error message Someth8ng went wrong, try again. I have also tried a preset background and doesn’t work either. There is enough storage available. Has anyone else experienced this.
i have tried restarting Garmin IQ app etc. but still doesn’t work.
