No verification and upload not possible

Out of curiosity, do you have any emoji in your app description? If so, could you remove them and try your upload?

or maybe can you add proper error messages?

No, not at all. I also tried with a very simple description

I had that yesterday, and I only tried to add 1 Unicode character to the description. Garmin don't understand why it's important to give a meaningful error message....

BTW in another app I was able to upload my biggest ever IQ file (45mb)

Not to play devil's advocate, but I think in some cases, handling certain kinds of errors gracefully takes nearly or equally as much work as eliminating those errors in the first place. That's why we often see generic error messages - because it's a lot easier then failing gracefully or fixing certain problems in the first place. I've seen it many times in my day job as a dev.

Like the bug in these forums where emojis can't be quoted, otherwise the forum throws a meaningless error when you press Reply. I think it would be just as hard for the forum to respond with "sorry, we can't handle quoted emojis" as it would be to simply allow quoted emojis in the first place.

Similarly, instead of the CIQ store returning an error message such as "sorry, we can't handle that special character", I'd prefer if they just accepted those characters in the first place, unless there's a real good reason they can't.
