How to send BLE data to simulator on PC?

Hello Community,

I'm trying to use the BLE development data field on Connect IQ. If I want to receive BLE data from a peripheral and display it on the emulator, how do I do that? Is it possible?

Architecture
- emulator PC BLE <----wireless----> BLE peripheral

Start with https://forums.garmin.com/developer/connect-iq/w/wiki/19/getting-started-with-connect-iq-ble-development if I understand what you want. With it, the sim (or Garmin device) talks directly to the device. You need some Nordic HW, but last I looked, the dongle was only about $12US.

There are a couple sample apps in the SDK that talk to a Thingy52. and he's a writeup I did for a Raspberry Pi:

Hi Jim,

Thanks for reply. These informations are helpful for me. I will try to receive data by Nordic BLE module and send to emulator by UART.
