[iOS BUG] Links in description to other apps does not work

I like to embed a link to an app's description to another app in the store. However, a link using https: opens an embedded web browser. I want instead for the ConnectIQ phone to "jump" to the other app so the user can download it.

For example, would like to embed this link: https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/6d73089d-5886-4f49-a914-0b467da88f17 and jump to that app.

Is that possible?

It does work like that for me on Android, so I guess you're on iOS, and this might be a bug in the iOS Connect IQ app?

https://forums.garmin.com/apps-software/mobile-apps-web/f/garmin-connect-mobile-ios but if you want Garmin to know about it then after you report it there go to https://support.garmin.com/en-US/ and send them the link to the forum post.

It's actually the CIQ Mobile app for iOs, not GCM:
