I have multiple users complaining watchfaces are showing the IQ! symbol since their firmware update to 7.20. But I don't see any reports in ERA... Any others that experience the same? Wondering why it's suddenly crashing since that update.

Maybe they put the same bugged code like in f6:
and the best is that there was…
it never happens also on mine but I've seen a lot of thread about this on social network and everytime solved with a reboot which is always higly recommanded agfter a fw update.
and this kind of crash…
Thank you for sharing this error. I'm also just getting more info from users are willing to test side loaded debug versions that the fonts seem to be the issue. This is a huge problem for me as I seeing…
I have a similar issue with the latest firmware update on Venu devices to 12.13. App crashes part way through and used to work fine. No ERA report and am trying to get some users to send me the CIQ error file on device
Hi Jim,
Like others above we are not seeing ERA reports of crash...

David
have you checked the fonts issue in the linked thread?
Remember, when you update an app in the store, you only see ERA reports for the updated version. If there were crashes, then you updated, you won't see them.
When I first heard of the problem with the 645m with a "contact developer" message from a user, I could see the same crash in ERA. I have a 645m but really don't use it that much these days, and after updating to the 7.20, I could also see it myself.
No fix for this yet? Not even the option to roll back the firmware to the previous version? This is not acceptable. My Garmin 645M has barely 2 years and apart from the broken IQ the Bluetooth stopped connecting to the phone with 7.20 hence I cannot update workouts on the watch. If Garmin does not provide a way out of this they can rest assured that I am not ever going to buy anything else from them.
