Connect IQ is down - no settings

Android Connect IQ app (2.20) : when I enter to the settings of any app/watchface.datafield... there's nothing displayed, only an error. Looks like the backend server is down:

Connection Error
We had a problem loading settings for this device. Try again.

Internet works, even other garmin services work, only this doesn't so the problem is obviously the server.

I think the most of users use GCM, and I'm not going to test GE to not to get mad.

How do you change the language in GE? Because as I wrote above the drop-down that I think was there around a year ago when I last tried disappeared (is it a bug or deliberately?) and the Mac system settings don't have an effect on the language displayed in GE.

in windows this is based on regional settings, not sure how the program works on a mac

So that's how we're supposed to test the settings on real devices? Change the system setting in the OS to see how the settings look in GE? (Don't tell me to test it in the SIM...)

in Windows you can change the name of directory (somewhere in GE) with language

e.g. if your regional settings is hun, change hun to hun-, eng to hun and you can see eng
