Watch Face Settings Not Showing on Garmin IQ - IOS

I have until recently been able to amend the watch face settings of watch faces added to my Fenix 5s by either going through Garmin Express, Garmin IQ or via the Garmin Connect app on my iPhone.

However when I now go to any of the downloaded watch faces, and open the settings tab (it will open) there is only a blank white page, the 'Save' button is greyed out!

Is anyone else experiencing this issue or know a workaround.

Any idea when this fix is coming out? I can't get to the settings page (it is blank) on iOS to edit watch faces for my Forerunner 45. I've done the whole reboot watch and phone with no luck.

Hi!

I can not confirm this on my side, it's all working fine.

Do you have the latest app version? Maybe a reboot of phone and watch will fix things?

There is a known issue affecting only iOS that's currently under investigation, and I suspect that's what you're encountering. We plan to have a fix available in an upcoming mobile app release.

Thanks I did think of this after posting! I Logged out IQ and rebooted watch and phone, this worked.

Six months on I'm still having this problem. Any idea when there might be a fix? I tried rebooting watch and phone and logging out and in of Garmin Connect IQ.

I was fiddling with creating a watch face when my existing faces disappeared and I cannot see my apps etc in iq. I attempted to re install a face and was unable to do so. I want to attempt to log out of iq but do not see how to do so. I am weary of rebooting my watch as I have set up some apps which still seem to be on my watch and I don't want to go to that seemingly nuclear option. Any advice?

I am also having this problem. iOS on an iPhone 11. Brand new quatix 7 sapphire for $1000 bucks. And the apps are buggy? Garmin, where are you on this? Some watch faces allow changes on the watch itself. Some watch faces refer the user back to connect IQ on iPhone but to no avail. Is this only an IOS thing? I’m tempted to pull out an old android phone and give it a try, but from what I am reading, I have to disassociate my watch to my iPhone. The watch face developers refer me back to Garmin, saying it’s a Garmin problem.

Some watch faces allow setting from your phone, some, settings on the watch itself, some, both, and dome don't have settings at all.

If tyhe one you are usisg has settings on the phone, try turning off your watch and phone at the same time, wait a bit, then turn them back on and try again.

Another option for those is to use Garmin Express from a mac/pc.
