Watch Face Settings Not Showing on Garmin IQ - IOS

I have until recently been able to amend the watch face settings of watch faces added to my Fenix 5s by either going through Garmin Express, Garmin IQ or via the Garmin Connect app on my iPhone.

However when I now go to any of the downloaded watch faces, and open the settings tab (it will open) there is only a blank white page, the 'Save' button is greyed out!

Is anyone else experiencing this issue or know a workaround.

  • Thanks. Tried all of that.  Still white screen and Garmin express has no place to change settings on the watch face.  This issue is a year old, is Garmin really this bad at fixing problems? I also get no response from Garmin support.  At this point I am thinking of shipping the watch back and buying a different brand.  Bad customer support bugs me. 

  • Is there a particular watch face you're using that is having this issue? This thread was started about a problem that we did have months ago and was already fixed. I'm not aware of any general issues with app settings, but if you have more specifics about the app(s) you're attempting to use, we can see if we can reproduce. In the meantime, I can try a few watch faces with an iOS device and see if I notice similar problems.

  • Hello, I cannot see the settings page of any vendor’s watxh face on Connect IQ. I just get a blank white page after clicking settings and the save button is greyed out.
