Problem to Install and uninstall from ConnectIQ mobile app

Hi. I’m getting a lot of user feedback lately that install and uninstall from the ConnectIQ mobile app is not working. I did try out myself and I get the same issues (running iOS and fenix5) the install often ends up in the install queue and never completes. There is also a lot of feedback about apps that cannot be removed. 

also, since app settings was removed from the Garmin connect app we need to rely on ConnectIQ app for app settings. Saving new settings to the device takes a very long time and sometimes never completes. The user experience is horrible to be honest. I don’t know if the problem sits with ConnectIQ app or the BT capabilities of the device but handling settings used to work fine from the connect app and have clearly getting worse since it was moved to the ConnectIQ app. 

right now I’m recommending all my user to use Garmin express on a computer and hook up the device through USB. 

am I the only one seeing and hearing about these problems? sorry for posting it here but didn’t know where to go with it.
