ERA: All Apps are RED (and not available)

I reset ERA. I entered in my Developer ID, and my name was detected. Great. I "selected" my Developer Key file (I only have one).

ERA doesn't list any of my apps (data fields).

However, when I go into Manage Apps in ERA, it knows about all my apps. But they are all colored RED. Selecting one of these, and hitting OK doesn't help. In ERA, I still can't see any of my apps.

It seems this is a known/new issue. Several reports from others saying the same thing is happening. Did ERA recently break? Any clue what the RED font app names mean in Manage Apps?

    Just want to be sure - are the developer key files you're using in the ERA tool being moved after configuring ERA?

    Are you asking if I'm moving the developer files, or whether ERA is moving them?  My developer_key file is residing where it has always resided - in the root of my garminconnect development MAC folder ("/Users/rda/OneDrive/Home/GarminConnect").  It hasn't changed since 2017.  Not sure where ERA stores reference to it - or does it copy details into a configuration somewhere?

    Is there any workaround for me to be able to use ERA?

    Neither reset nor remove/replace of my developer id seem to work now.

    This is what I was asking about. :) The ERA tool references the file at whatever path is set when configuring the tool, so if the key file is moved, it can behave in a way similar to the original report, and the error isn't very useful at diagnosing the problem. We definitely have some room for improvement there.

    Anyway, I can rule that out in your case.

    Mine has finally allowed me to see ERA reports after doing a full reset (it had stopped for a period of weeks - even with a full reset).

    Is there any cache, setting or other file I can delete / reset to allow me access when it stops again.

    Same problem here. No apps in the main window. List of red app names in the manage apps window.
    When I delete my account in "Manage developers" the window is empty. When I close ERA and start it again it starts loading my data and shows my account in "Manage developers".

    When I remove myself as developer, keep ERA open and add myself again I get the message:
    The following apps did not have the correct developer key. Please edit their developer key to import logs.
