ERA: All Apps are RED (and not available)

I reset ERA. I entered in my Developer ID, and my name was detected. Great. I "selected" my Developer Key file (I only have one).

ERA doesn't list any of my apps (data fields).

However, when I go into Manage Apps in ERA, it knows about all my apps. But they are all colored RED. Selecting one of these, and hitting OK doesn't help. In ERA, I still can't see any of my apps.

It seems this is a known/new issue. Several reports from others saying the same thing is happening. Did ERA recently break? Any clue what the RED font app names mean in Manage Apps?

Are you asking if I'm moving the developer files, or whether ERA is moving them? My developer_key file is residing where it has always resided - in the root of my garminconnect development MAC folder…

Hi,

it is the same in my case. All my apps are colored RED.

When I select an app and press the "i" button I can see that the field "developer key file" is empty. After choosing a file with my developer key ERA reports the errors correctly. But ERA forgets the choosen "developer key" each time I restart it.

Strange - for most of my data fields, I can MANAGE APPS, then add my Developer Key, and it turns BLACK and I can get to the ERA Logs. But for four of my data fields, the ones I've been updating, it tells me the Developer Key is wrong.

I've only ever had one Developer Key. And I can EXPORT those four apps, upload to the Store, and they are listed under my name. So it seems like there is no issue with the Key. Just some weird bug in ERA?

We've identified a server-side problem we believe is causing this, and we're working on getting this addressed. Some of you may already see this problem fixed, but there are still apps that may be affected short-term. On a positive note, I'm happy to see that so many of you are using this tool!

We finalized our fixes for this issue, but I'd like to get some confirmation to be sure we have this addressed. Can anyone still experiencing this issue please respond here? I'll follow up with the server team on any existing cases.

9635560 Can you confirm that you have the developer key file available to the ERA tool and it's the correct one for your apps? That can also cause this behavior.

Anyone else still having this issue?

It is the same key I am using to package and to update.

I have also tried (numerous times) to delete and re-add my developer account. I have also tried (numerous times) to entirely reset ERA as I encountered a rake of problems prior to this that were only resolved by removing and re-adding my developer account each time I wanted to check ERA...

I'm on a mac and running VSCode, but even with Eclipse on the MAC, every time I wanted to run ERA I have to manually delete my developer details and re-add them. Once I do that ERA seems to work for me. I logged a bug on this back in 2019.
