Apps crashes on Fenix 6 but not on Fenix 5 and simulator

Hello All,

I need some advice.

I developed a simple Apps which works very well on Fenix 5 and simulator. The Apps shows altitude, g forces, and vario (vertical speed measured by altitude changes).

However, when Fenix 6 Sapphire users switch ON the recording session function, which also switches ON the GPS Positioning and saves all these data, the apps often crashes (but not always).

I am not able to get the LOG file. So, would you have any advice what could be wrong? null value somewhere?

Why can't you get the ciq_log file? Have you checked with ERA?

Thanks for your help. For whatever reason, the users is not able to send it, but I will try to use ERA. I did not know this option. It looks powerful, thank you very much!

Hello Jim, Thanks again, I tried ERA, got my user ID but no apps are visible. I can go in the menu to manage apps, I can see then my 2 apps in red, tried to select, but nothing comes, any ideas' sorry for asking

When the instructions to use ERA years back I just followed them (the link I posted) and havent had any issues. It almost sounds like it might be something with a key.
