sdkmanager failed to get the SDK list and device list with error code 33554509

Today I re-run the sdkmanager, does it seems that I failed to login? This is the error message, can somebody help on it?

In the SDK manager, under file>preferences, you can log out.  Try that and log back in.

I try to download the old SDK which doesn't need sdkmanager, it seems that it works with this sdk: ​connectiq-sdk-lin-3.1.9-2020-06-24-1cc9d3a70.zip.

So now the issue is that we cannot download the latest SDK as before. I'm pretty sure if we know the download page and download the latest SDK, we can make it work in the latest SDK.

I guess the functionality of the sdkmanager is only to manager downloading. I set the PATH by myself to change between different SDK version, so don't know what it does when selecting SDK in sdkmanager.

Any tips how to resolve that error on MacOS?

It was all fine, but suddenly stopped.

Probably the same way. In the sdk manager, go to file>settings, then log out.  Then log back in.

Is there any update on this issue?

I get exactly the same problem when running the sdkmanager on openSuse tumbleweed. Logging off and then back in again has no effect and I do not appear to have any issues with the logging in process. However the sdkmanager does not remember my credentials as I have to log in everytime even though I've checked the 'Remember my credentials' box.

I hope someone has an idea as to what the problem is. There are a few other posts describing this problem, but no resolution as far as I can see.

Upgrade the SDK manager to 1.0.1 could resolve the issue. Meantime it can download the sdk3.2.3. See detail in the following topic:

But it failed to downlaod the latest SDK 3.2.4. I don't kow why.

Try logging out of the sdk manager and then logging back in.

Thanks for the suggestion to update the SDK manager. I had received the SDK manager in a zip file from support as I had been unable to download it myself. Turns out that:

1. I had received an old version of the SDK manager.

2. You need to use Chromium to see the download link for the SDK manager. At least if doesn't work with Firefox.

Having installed the latest version everything seems fine.
