Downloaded image appears with blue overlay

For my widget, I recently have 2 users with the problem that the downloaded images are with a blue overlay. See attached image.
Both users have an Edge 1030plus.

When the phone is connected to 4G, the blue overlay appears
The correct screen (see second picture) is shown when the phone is connected to WiFI. Also when Edge is connected to the WiFi Hotspot of the phone

Who has any ideas on this problem?

This is the second report of this issue that I've seen (the one jim_m_58 linked was the other). That thread concluded with the understanding that the only the downloaded image is showing up with a blue tint (the software button bar at the bottom of the screen is black/white not black/blue).

Can you confirm that the only the downloaded image is affected and that the overall blue hue seen in your photo is just some odd issue with the picture?

I can indeed confirm that it is only the image (seen by two users with Edge 1030plus). The bottom of the screen is black/white.
