Hi,
I'm receiving a lot of user feedbacks for a variety of reasons. I normally try to answer to the majority even when they are not related directly to my work but most of them don't seem to understand that they need to enter a valid email to allow devs to respond.
This lead to giving less support to my users and a bunch of bad reviews.
I believe I'm not the first dev reporting this.
How can we get this changed?
