Watch Face will not change

Hi,

I’ve tried changing the watch face on my Fenix 3 but it will not change at all. Ive even tried removing all the watch faces from the watch on Garmin Express. Once I confirm there are no watch faces on the watch memory I try to change it to the digital face. Still won’t change!!!

Any ideas.

I'm guessing that you're doing something wrong or you are using very old firmware. What firmware version are you using? Can you provide step-by-step instructions on the process that you follow to install the watch face and then select it on the device?

Hi,

I sometimes have the same behaviour on my VivoActive. Did you try to sync the new watchfaces and the restart the device?
