Ayden Payment?

I launched an app just over a month ago and naturally I'm expecting payment, on Ayden it shows my personal details as approved and my bank account is approved, under it says review and sign legal disclosure but it doesn't actually have anything to click or sign.

Is this an issue or should my payments still go through?

How long after launching your apps did you receive your first payment?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I've already emailed the Garmin app admin email but nothing yet.

"Payouts

Payouts are sent on the first day of every month. Separate payouts are sent from Garmin International, which covers sales in the United States and Canada, and Garmin Europe, which covers app purchases from other regions.

Funds are not captured from customers until the 48-hour return window has passed.
Purchases from the last five days of the month may not be included in the next payout. They are rolled into the following month's payout, instead.
Payouts require a minimum $10 USD balance in your account."

How many copies of your app did you sell, and based on the prices was it more than $10US?

Yeah I received an email with approval for my merchant account on the 6th august and yes I've sold 600 copies.

My main frustration is the lack of information on the Ayden or dev site, how am I supposed to know if a payment has been attempted and failed for example.

It's a lot more clear on the Google play store which simply tells you when payment will be made and then lists it as sent and then being held by a bank for a few days before you actually get access to funds.

What do you see in your sales report?

Just a guess, but the number of downloads may be different than the number of sales.

The sales report has hundreds of sales as expected, it's about 20 sales behind my own tracking I have in the app.
