I read somewhere that IQ purchase tokens are available for Devs to download from IQ. I understand that there are are tokens that can be used to purchase your own Apps and give to testers that enable "Buying" your Apps without purchasing.
Can anyone point me to that link or email or explain how I can get these? Thanks.
Hmm that's strange. It's as if they finally implemented an automated way to get tokens, but forgot the part where the app dev obviously doesn't want to pay for their own tokens.

If you are switching to the Connect IQ monetization system from a different monetization system, you can use this marketing form to request promotion codes to migrate users who have already purchased the app. These one-time-use codes allow existing users to purchase the app without additional cost. You are responsible for distribution of these codes.

Note that devs have mentioned it takes a long time to get codes, as it appears to be a manual process (at least last time I saw this discussed). The CIQ team has participated in these discussions, so at the very least, they're aware of the problem.
