Can you list out the app that are stuck? It'll help see what's going on.

An app update is stuck in 'pending' since ~7 hours again. The app doesn't even show up in the IQ App ... which is very unfavorable.
Forums was unresponsive the whole day.
Had problems loading the settings in the simulator, app.garmin.com also was unreachable for some time.

Apps should be getting approved again. Ping us if they're still stuck in a couple of hours.

MarcoC, looking at the app it seems to have been uploaded today for the first time. If that's the case then the initial approval takes a little bit longer than an update approval. See https://developer.garmin.com/connect-iq/submit-an-app/ for more information.
