Apps stuck in 'pending scan'

Hello i have some apps stuck in pending scan status, why? And of course no approvals for those ones

There is a bug on the review process?

I have 2 apps that have the Pending Scan status. Before approval, and even after approval (about 10 hours ago)

Once again (since yesterday), apps are not published. Stuck at "Pending Scan". Garmin: Very annoying and embarrassing :(
