Race App GPS rate and How to Delete Record from History in the Watch

What is the GPS telemetry acquiring rate for Race App? Any possibility to set it manually to 10Hz or 25Hz for high-speed sports tracking purpose?

How to delete the track lap history in the Race App "History"? The lap record has been removed from the watch "Menu" -> "History" -> "Activities" as well as from connect.garmin.com and sync with the Fenix 6. However, when going into Race App from the watch, those records can still be found in "History".

The fastest and app will see GPS data is 1hz. 10hz or 25hz is not possible.
