Hi there!
There is a great tracker in its 3rd version already, used by thousands of kiters, snowboarders etc.. to measure and track their tricks, jumps..etc..
would anyone, pretty please, make an app for it for Garmin Fenix 3 / 5?
thanks!

Some news: Woo has started a questionnaire to make an inventory on with what devices (Garmin but also phone OS) the integration is being requested for. More news in 4-6 weeks they say.

Right, so it does exist: https://docs.woosports.com/docs/smartwatch-integration but only for Android Wear and Apple watch. I've sent the developers an email to see about other integration on the roadmap.…
I have already contacted the vendor. They're looking into the best way the info. I am a kitesurfer and developer so don't mind doing the work. I'll keep you guys posted.
Hi guys,
Any update on a potential WOO software development for a Garmin Fenix 6?
Cheers
Not that I know of. I have given Woo support a jab again concerning my earlier inquiry on which they replied they would keep me up to date.
So I got an answer. Apparently they say the issue is that they can't test the bluetooth connection with the simulator and thus development requires tons of physical watch testing + uploads + reboots. I haven't developed for watch + Bluetooth without using the phone's bluetooth connection. I thought the simulator was capable of bluetooth communication?
As I am very interested in Garmin live connection I would like to follow thuis thread. And if any testing is needed let me know.

+1 Thanks for sharing! Garmin watch users, please vote.
Woo now lists some Garmin Watches as supported.
This is a really great step. Unfortunately my Vivoactive 3 is not supported. I understood from Woo, that this is due to the fact that Garmin has not updated the Vivoactive with the same Bluetooth functionality as the Vivoactive 4. Does anyone have an idea if there could be an update for that in the future, or is it the hardware of the Vivoactive 3 that is not strong enough?
If this uses BLE (I think it does) you won't see this coming to the va3. The va3m supports it so it looks to be a HW limitation to me.
is there the same limitation from HW perspective between Fenix 5s and Fenix 5s Pro? Asking since the 5 S and below is also not listed and if the limitation is HW related there would in essence be no hope this will change at any time... Thanks
