I have tried adding manual activities with the same mileage with no luck.
As written countless times in this thread, you have to record the activity with a Garmin device. Manual and imported Activities do not count towards badges (and towards badge challenges). It means, just record a dummy Indoors Cycling Activity (or the standard one) with your Garmin device, save it, and edit the distance in Garmin Connect.
My January Ride to 200 challenge and 2021 Cycling Challenge stage 1 have both reverted back to 0 progress even though they used to show my progress. The other challenges all appear to still be working correctly. I tried leaving the challenge and then rejoining but that didn’t work. Any suggestions?

Yes they were. Thanks for the redirect info. I’ll have to record using a Garmin device going forward. Guess I’m not going to make up those rides.
Thank you for this comment. With fitfiletools.com you can change the FIT file as you please. Probably instead of simply allowing ZWIFT data to count their engineers are now working on how to prevent FIT files from being that easily edited and counted for the challanges...
