Not sure what you mean by not catching your point. I do not promote any specific solution. I clearly pointed to all posts marked as an Answer. The post with adding 1 sec is on the first place, but there are more of them, when you click on the tab Answers under the opening post. While editing the workout may not be possible in a case of Garmin Coach workout, the other solutions still do work.

Yes - if you click the tab Answers right below the opening post, you'll see couple of tips. Sending a dummy workout to the watch, as recommended in my answer, usually clears up the stuck queue, but there are also other tips.
