UPDATE - We have identified the issue and the fix has been submitted to Apple. This fix will come in the next Garmin Connect Mobile update (4.25.1) and is scheduled to be released by next week.
This was resolved in the latest version of the Garmin Connect App (4.25.1).

unfortunately the above seems exactly the same issue that I have ran into with my Edge 810 today.
My iPhone is up to date, the firmware on my edge is on the latest version 6.30.

Garmin-Matthew already said that this will be solved in the next app update so I would say that yes, they know what’s happening. I have my 810 for about 3 years I guess and this has been the first real issue I’ve got since then... not that bad i think!

I have the latest update (4.25.1.1) and gone through the whole disconnecting, deleting, reinstalling, reconnecting and still getting the sync error. What do I do now?!
