UPDATE - We have identified the issue and the fix has been submitted to Apple. This fix will come in the next Garmin Connect Mobile update (4.25.1) and is scheduled to be released by next week.
This was resolved in the latest version of the Garmin Connect App (4.25.1).
We are aware of the issue with the Edge 510/810 and not syncing. We are working on a resolution and I will provide an update when one is available. The current workaround is to sync with Garmin Express…

unfortunately the above seems exactly the same issue that I have ran into with my Edge 810 today.
My iPhone is up to date, the firmware on my edge is on the latest version 6.30.

Workaround did work for me day before yesterday and today after the bluetooth suddenly failed. Pain in the ass way to sync. Hope you get it fixed fast.

@Garmin-Matthew you might want to stick this info on the Garmin website where it talks about connectivity and iOS13 etc?!
I had the same issue and spent around 3-4 hours trying everything to fix it. I hope the app update works.
Did some ios update or garmin app update just cause all of these issues to happen now? Everything was working fine on my 810 until a couple of days ago.
Appears to me that since updating to 6.30, garmin connect and iphone no longer work at all. For the previous two years, it was wonky and unreliable. Now, it just doesn't work ever.

I'm adding my voice to this as I've been having the same problem since last SAT (NOV 9, 2019) with my Garmin 810. Consistent "Upload Fail" errors. Thankfully can still sync via Garmin Express app like in the "olden days". Hopefully resolved. Must be software/app issue. I wonder if the people that need to see this actually review these pages? Are they even aware of the problem? Hope so.
