Garmin Connect does not sync weight anymore with Apple Health

Hi,

I have just noted that since 29th of October Garmin Connect doesn’t sync weight anymore with Apple Health. I use always the most recent iOS version of Garmin Connect.

Does anyone else have the same problem and/or a solution?

    This is the closest answer I can find as to why it doesn’t work. How long ago did you get Connect to work. I’m assuming something broke not long ago as I only got my scales yesterday.

    That's a serious shame.  Current version of Garmin Connect on iOS is 4.61.1, and according to the app store hasn't been updated for a month.  Hoping the fix will make it through testing and be released soon.  Last successful sync was Nov 8 for me.

    Same here, waiting for an update to fix this. Maybe it stop working after iOS 16 update

    I have the same problem. No weight data from Garmin Index Smart Scale since 31 October 2022. All the sync settings are switched on. I have not changed anything. Cannot find any cause of the problem. 

    Also scanned this thread and does not seem to have been solved?

    Have just spotted Garmin Connect is now syncing weight from my Garmin Index scales into Apple Health since the 21st December. It hasn't synced anything prior to the 21st back to 17th November, which is when it stopped working, but for the time being at least it appears to be working again for me.

    It does seem to be taking over a day from when the weight was recorded to actually get written to Health. Weighed myself on 28th December at 08.50 GMT and it was added to Health on 29th December at 13.32 GMT. Last weigh in was this morning (30th December) at 09.33 and that one hasn't yet appeared in Health.

    Nothing at all has changed at my end. App version is 4.61.1.3, iOS 16.1.2, iPhone 11 Pro Max.

    Well that is interesting.  The version I'm running is 4.61.1 and that seems to be latest within the Apple Store for me.  Perhaps they are doing some sort of A/B testing or limited release.  Thx for the info.

    I have the same issue - I'm in the process of replacing all Garmin devices due to their inability to develop reliable software and keep their systems secure. The only remaining devices i have is the SmartScale...and based on this thread and the lack of resolution it looks like this will be replaced very soon and I'll be entirely free of Garmin.
