Unable to Sync after update to IOS 13.1.3

I have a Garmin Edge Explore and after upgrading my iPhone to ios 13.1.3 the Garmin is not automatically uploading to Garmin Connect anymore. Also manual upload does not work properly.

I have set the settings of the iPhone to the suggested settings but nothing works.

Garmin Connect app shows a green bullet to indicate it is connected to Edge Explore, but trying to sync is resulting in a red triangle indicating an error.

I use an iPhone X with ios 13.1.3

The Garmin Explore is on software version 4.24.0.17

Same issue. iPhone 11 Pro Max. Syncing steps, etc fine, but activities do not sync

same here. it shows my Fenix 6 Pro syncing... but the activity doesn't upload.

iPhone x and Fenix 5.. same thing. Shows synced but it is not (in full). Shows red exclamation mark in device setting but on main screen shows green synced icon.

Steps sync. Stress, sleep, etc does not…

Nice update that fixes nothing. Holy cow. Ok. I have my return label printed. If there isn't an explanation for this soon, the towel will be in the air.

I’m in the same situation. Repaired my watch hoping that would be the ultimate fix. Seems like this update didn’t do anything.. frustrating

Does this thread title need to change from referencing iOS 13.1.3 to Garmin Connect Version 4.24.0.17? That seems to be the common issue in majority of the posts here and the thread title implies that the issue is with the Apple update rather than with what Garmin did with their latest update. We probably can’t actually change the title I guess. One litmus test would be if people who have not updated their apple device but did update the app are having problems.

Garmin strikes again! This company is a joke, just ordered a apple watch 5, glad to be out of this rubbish, just want an easy life, life is stressful enough without this bol locks

Not sure whether to laugh or cry. Waited for days for a fix and Garmin dude says be patient because they are working on it. Update just downloaded and nothing is fixed at all (to do with syncing)

Update is for Garmin connect on iOS (this mornings update is Ver: 4.24.1.4). I use a marq athlete
