The recent update got the Vibration Function to work again, then the Bluetooth Connection updates came through today which automatically installed itself and killed this vibration function again! The watch battery is useless, it is barely 2 months old and spends more time charging than on my wrist. Garmin International was committed to sending me a new watch then I was put onto Garmin Australia who wants to make the process as difficult as possible, asking me to supply all the checks, evidence, photos etc, then tell me to go through the Online Seller in order to get this resolve.
Same poor customer service as with Vector Power Meter and Edge Headunit. This will be my last Garmin product. Can't wait to get rid of this stuff.

So I have the same issue of my watch just stopped vibrating on notifications. I still receive notifications, but no vibrate. I've turned the watch off and on, I've turned my phone off an on. I've checked the setting both on the watch and in the app for notifications and everything is turned on. The vibrate function is turned on, on my watch. Do not disturb is turned off. My watch vibrates when I turn it on, but not with notifications. I've done a hard reset and back to factor settings and it still didn't work. I tested to see if an alarm would cause it to vibrate and it did nothing. I've only had this watch for 3.5 months. I was working fine until over the weekend it died and now it doesn't vibrate. I've missed called and notifications for work because of this not working. What else should I do???
Hi, I have just bought a second-hand Approach s60 and my experience is exactly the same as KhrisKirk: vibrate works for a few hours with notifications then nothing. I also find that the Do Not Disturb toggle seems to turn itself back on by itself (although on the Controls menu it is still greyed out). Any advice please, Garmin or user community?
I have the same issue on my Vivoactive 3 Music, on Firmware 6.0.0 though. Already tried a factory reset and de- / recoupling with my phone, doesn't help at all.
I am a happy user of garmin products since many years. But I just bought the Vivoactive some days ago, the fact that already things are starting to break is annoying, to see that the problem is unsolved since over 2 years however really makes me regret buying the watch.
