Corrupted .fit files that won't upload to Garmin Connect/Express

download of the hr data during the rest periods got broken

perhaps not enough time to get a ful hr download

perhaps starting to quick after stop for a rest

guess Garmin knows best

What file are you referring to?

Garmin Forum was migrated to a new software platform.

Hi I had the same problem yesterday my run has saved on my watch but won’t upload to garmin connect , and states corrupt file 

any ideas how to get my run uploaded it has recorded my 12k only in steps !!
