Problem with 12.30 upgrade on Edge Explore 820

Could any one from Garmin get back on this? Thanks 

We all have problems with our units falling out. Power, cadio and radar ...

been on the phone/chat for four hours, nothing can be done apparently until they have a fix sorted out with their R&D, absolutely disgraceful

Same issues with my 820.  Drops out after 3-5min of activity. Garmin Vector pedals and Garmin HRM are my sensors that no longer work.  Really disappointing that this has not been fix or that the previous update can’t be reissued.  

just upgraded my 820 to the 12.3 version today.  went for a ride and the speed and distance did not record but the elevation recorded correct (i was able to double check as i had intended to do a data comparison and by chance recorded the ride with another device too)

Yo lo he solucionado a medias cambiando la configuración del siguiente modo:

Con la grabación de datos en 1s perdía con mucha más facilidad los sensores. De esta manera he podido grabar una sesión entera de 1h. sin aparentes pérdidas de datos. Falta ver como funciona en las siguientes sesiones.

I did the same to try and fix mine. Worked once for a 3 hour ride and now back with the same drop out issues (HR, speed, and power meter). 

Yo también he vuelto a tener problemas pero he podido grabar sesión con todos los datos después de deshabilitar el Wiffi y el Bluetooth antes de empezar la actividad.

No es cómodo porque cada vez que quieres subir la actividad has de volver a conectarlos pero la actividad registra todos los datos.
