Problem with 12.30 upgrade on Edge Explore 820

Has anyone else had a problem with connecting sensors since upgrading to version 12.30 I can no longer connect my Edge remote or Cadence sensors

Hello,

I apologize to all users that are experiencing and we it is a very bad experience to have sensor dropouts or connection issues. We are wanting to research this problem and we would like some examples of this happening in your activity. Could you post the activity file here or a link to your activity from Garmin Connect?

If you are experiencing a problem during pairing, could you provide a video of this occurring?

I'm having same problems in Edge 820 after upgrading to 12.30. Heart rate sensor is connecting and unconnecting all the time. It shows heart rate only few seconds in a minute or two and then disappears. Haven't tested yet what is happening with other sensors.

Same problem here with hrm and cadence sensor dropping out since updating to 12:30. I tried deleting the sensor, restarting and then connecting but that didn't work, still dropping out.

I have got the same problem with my heart rat and my Vector 3 power sensor since updating to 12.30. New coupling couldn't help. With my heart rate sensor there was no connection established for a 2 hour ride

I have gone back to firmware version 12.10 and all is working well again

So there is a problem with version 12.30

I did manually input the distance and calories for my own records

it works for edge 820 also

You will need to re-connect all your ant+ sensors
