Forerunner 965 crashes when opening Golf activity

Tried using the golf functionality on my watch for the first time.

When I start the activity, and select the golf course, it starts loading for a second or two, and then it just reboots the watch.

    1. Do you recall if this started happening after 20.26?
    2. Does this happen for all golf courses?

    I have had the watch for 8+ months, and never experienced any issues with it. 

    This is however the first time I've tried to use the golf-functionality (as it's a brand new hobby to me)

    Therefore I can only confirm that I have 20.26, not if the problem came with the upgrade.

    I've only tried with 2 different golf courses.

    Experiencing the same issue where when selecting the course on the forerunner 965 the watch will restart.

    1) the last recorded course i played was on Sep 4, 2024, so the watch was working before then

    2) it did not work for any of the spring lake golf club (north, south, east) whitechurch,stouffville ontario. I didn't have an opportunity to try selecting other golf courses to test if it wasn't working on other golf courses

    also tried reinstalling the courses and restarting the watch manually

    I am having similar issues. First time that I can’t use my FR965. Crashes on all courses I try. I even have a blank period in my tracking.

    1. had never happened before the update

    I have the same problem here. I did the update this morning and I went golfing for the first the on the v20.26 update and it crashed. Had no problem last week on the old update.

    Hi,

    Same issue for my new FR 955. Same software version so I guess it is related.

    1. Updated the watch as soon as I received it last week, so only ever used 20.26.

    2. Yes, tried several different ones.

    Same thing happened for me last week. Forerunner 965. Played 9th, 10th, 11th of September, updated then it didn’t work the next day and hasn’t since. Restarts the watch every time i try to play. Australia
