After last update, Garmin Pay does not work anymore.

After I enter my passcode it just says error. I already set a new password. Anyone knows the solution? Thanks!

  • Yes! Same here - I have 4 cards on the watch, but now only one (the latest added) appears on the phone in Connect app.

    The 3 that only on the watch randomly refuse to unlock - I try to pay, am asked for a PIN, and even though I enter a valid PIN, the screen plays shake animation and refuses it. After eg. restarting the watch it randomly works again.

    I haven't found a way of nuking the wallet to be able to set it up again.

  • I tried deleting all files under WALLET (through Android File Transfer), but they are nondeletable. So, the watch has saved cards that Connect app doesn't know about, I can't delete them, and probbaly will not be able to add them again.

  • Same problem here. Have tried re adding card and reset pin. Always gets the error, right after writing pin. Newest software available on Garmin 965

  • Suddenly it works. Only thing i can think of is different, is that i reinstalled my watch background called FR965 Like Plus xDrip, as it had lost colour/it had turned grey
