I can't understand how is it possible that in my case I fixed it.
did you stop trying to enter the (right) pin before locking because of too much retries?
I changed the pin entering back the same pin from Garmin Connect after the second tentative.
It didn't fix it for me. I am entering the right pin otherwise i wouldn't have access to the card.
I do not think Garmin is reading here. Perhaps we should all contact support....
I see you use Revolut card. Could you check with another Bank? Not all Visa or MC Banks are supported by Garmin Pay.
And Garmin is watching what is going on here. You might better issue Support ticket or write bug report if you are on Beta Program.

Understood, but if you could check another card on your watch, especially if you have MC to be completely in different "payment world" then Garmin would have more information about that bug.
I have some security setup in my other Bank account, when only few (I guess 5) contactless transaction can be made while offline. It might be similar case here.
