I bought my new Garmin Forerunner 955 and received it today.
Is has the Software Version 13.23 and according to Express it is up to date. I am not able to download Spotify and other apps because "you need to update your Forerunner in Garmin Express" which I did but for some reason it is stucked in the 13.23 older version.
Please I need help to find a solution. My old Vivoactive 4S that I am replacing is fully updated with all the apps.
