I cant Install App on my Garmin 955 solar

Hi Dears 
 
 I bought a Garmin 955 solar but i cant install app by IQ app because of the fact this program shows that error about the software on my watch

This app requires an update of your Forerunner 955 Solar. Please use Garmin Express to update your Forerunner 955 Solar 
 I want to update software but i cant because Garmin express doesn't have show newer version .
