Anyone else getting random freezing? Only started this week but twice now I’ve looked at the watch to find it’s still showing an old time. On closer inspection the whole watch has frozen and all I can do is a reboot.

Heat related freezing. This should be a warranty issue.

Hi, the moment I step out with my Garmin Forerunner 955 Solar in sun, it just shuts itself down or freezes. All this started about 2 weeks ago. The customer care is unapproachable in India. I have been trying to contact them but of no use. The watch is loosing its purpose entirely. Kindly resolve.

I used to get into this issue with 955 model.. trying to do things myself and wait for solution here for long long time but nothing can be solve..
until I send it back to service center and they have perform full upgrade (they said some update could not be done by myself)... then, the problem is resolved.. I ddi not get this issue again for a year already
