Random freezing

Anyone else getting random freezing? Only started this week but twice now I’ve looked at the watch to find it’s still showing an old time. On closer inspection the whole watch has frozen and all I can do is a reboot.

starting to think it’s heat related. I’m in UK and currently around 30C. Just happened again in quick succession. Turned it off using the long button press but wouldn’t turn back on. Dipped it in water for a few seconds and came back to life. Worrying as it’s the solar version!

Same for me since today, two times (or at least similar behaviour). FR955 non solar. The watch face freezes (seconds stop counting). But I do not need to restart the watch; once I push some key seems that it refresh the screen and start showing real time again.

In my case I don't think it's due to the high temperature.

HI Leon, Currently I'm living in Middle East and temperature average IS ABOVE 37C... No issues so far.

I'm having problems with accessories connections and no update on HR after training, but no heat problems with me...

Thanks and really good to know. Been indoors for today and no issue. Outdoors again tomorrow so will see if a problem. Could be just a genuine fault on my specific watch.

My watch face also freezes at times but i do also not need to restart it. Just press a key or something.

I wonder if the alarm bell functions, when the watch freezes at night…
