Random freezing

Anyone else getting random freezing? Only started this week but twice now I’ve looked at the watch to find it’s still showing an old time. On closer inspection the whole watch has frozen and all I can do is a reboot.

For those who are encountering freezing after a factory reset and no CIQ app, I suggest to get a replacement watch.

It could be a HW issue.

Getting more frequent since last week

My FR955 Solar has been freezing during my sleep period and has been happening every day, at least the past week. This only happens when I'm sleeping. Version 12.27. I'm not sure when I updated to 12.27. I just joined the beta program, so I don't have the beta version yet.

I am having the same issue. Freezing while running. Sometimes it restarts by its own.

I don’t know what to do. And I see it’s a very common issue. Plenty of users with the same problem.

I am very disappointed.

and yesterday, I was was in a running race and my Garmin was in autolap every 1 km. I was running at about 5 to 5:30/km. Then, in the third kilometer, it lapped after 1 minute, showing a pace of 1:07.4!! So, all statistics were wrong.

I really need help from you.
