Random freezing

Anyone else getting random freezing? Only started this week but twice now I’ve looked at the watch to find it’s still showing an old time. On closer inspection the whole watch has frozen and all I can do is a reboot.

Yes, Yes, Canada.

My 955 froze yesterday for the first time. I was driving at the time and the clocks hands stopped updating. I pressed a button and then they jumped to the right time and resumed normal operations.

Just had this problem this morning. Watch face froze when scrolling morning report. Couldn't press the return button and had to power device off and on again.

Happening to me a lot! Wake up most mornings now to the thing frozen in time on 956 solar.

Every time when I try to configure map in run activity, Forerunner 955 Solar freezes.

Update to previous. Now finding this happening 10+ times per day. Check watch, think it’s X time to only discover later it’s actually frozen 30mins earlier. Watch can’t tell time anymore so missing it’s primary purpose.

I had 2 or 3 freezes while running.

Once when the performance condition updated on the watch.

It took about 15 sec for watch to recover.

So far no activities lost.

Thanks Kevin. Am currently on holiday so only in a position to send videos, not the exports of data from the watch (as requested). Will send over in response to email to get ball rolling.

It's happened to me a few times upon viewing the morning report. It always happens at the final page when exiting out of the report. Had to reboot 1 time, the others cleared up with some button presses.

Issue with face freezing randomly, I’ll glance down and it’s about 20 minutes behind actual time. A button press usually quickly resolves but not sure the impact on heart rate / other data.
