Watch doesn't recognize my benchmarkrun... so I can't start a trainingplan (I have a garmin 945.)

I don't get a new training after my benchmarkrun, what can I do? It doesn't recognize my benchmarkrun... so I can't start a trainingplan :/ I tried some things but they didn't work...Can anybody help? I have a garmin 945.

not sure on this new(?) feature - but most of garmin focus's on vo2max and % of maximum heart rate to set a users paces/target-workouts/trainingeffect/etc. So make sure you have an accurate weight and maximum heart rate. Then make sure you are doing some steady paced runs of mid intensity over 15minutes to get a good vo2max value... which could help the watch/app pickup and judge the Benchmark test.

Have you been getting vo2max updates and training effect scores on workouts?

There are a few other threads out there across watch types that complain of the same issue. I don't think there is a definite answer, however. I would suggest that you delete the program and start over to see if that helps. Sorry I don't have a better answer.
