Hello all
I did the benchmark run on the 5k training plan. It offered me the workout when I chose a run activity on the watch and I duly completed it with the three steps and it was saved on completed. It appears on Garmin Connect but just as an activity with no apparent way to allocated it to the workout.
The coaching has not scheduled me the benchmark run for tomorrow.
Any ideas please?
