Is there a known issue with the 945 and HRM Run? I can’t get either of mine to connect anymore.

i can no longer connect my HRM run to the 945. I changed the battery, tried to refind even broke out my back up and tried to connect to no avail.

Is there a known issue here? Or am I the lucky one to figure it out? Or . . .

This is a bug, I can only use my HRMRun ONE time, then need to reboot the watch to connect it again. Firmware 2.50.
So on every run I need to:

- Reboot the watch
- Sync with GC as to have heat acclimatation…

Hmmm, can't say I noticed this to be honest... seems to work fine here but will double check the next run (prolly interval on saturday but might take the strap with me for my recovery run tomorrow)

The duration to get a bug fixed is not equal the effort. Maybe no one started yet to get these solved. So once they started, it would be solved within some days. :-)

I’ve had this same issue, now done a reset, and the 945 won’t pair with the phone now! Getting really fed up!

Have you removed the 945 from bluetooth devices in the phone?

Also make sure you got the correct country setting in your Garmin account: https://www.garmin.com/account/profile

The country setting will affect whether the watch is found or not. It is likely something with the regions so if you've set the country to an APAC country and you don't have an APAC watch then it will not be found.

Thank you for reply. Yes. Country correct and I had removed it from the Bluetooth. I’ve rebooted 945 to try to get it to pair with the HRM. It was working fine before. I wished I’d just binned the HRM!

Reboot the phone as well.
