Since I updated the FR 945 LTE to version 16.18, it is not possible to find Wi-Fi networks. When I try to search Wi-Fi networks watch shows it can not find any network. Does it happen to anyone else?

I think my problem is because I recently bought the FR 945 LTE (2 days ago). The watch was with version 4.16 and the Wi-Fi networks connection worked perfectly with that version (4.16) and I have managed to connect to Wi-Fi networks. The problem comes when I updated the watch from version 4.16 to version 16.18. Since then the watch does not detect Wi-Fi networks.
I think the problem is that, being a recent purchase and going directly from version 4.16 to version 16.18, I have "skipped" some intermediate update. Logically, it is a software problem.
Do you know how I can contact with Garmin Support to address this issue?

I would first try connecting your watch up to Garmin Express via a computer and sync. That will make sure you have all the SW modules needed.
Do you know how I can contact with Garmin Support to address this issue?
There should be a Support link on the Garmin website for your region.
