FR 745: Inaccurate Training Effect (affecting Training Load Focus)

I have a constant shortage in low aerobic and anaerobic training load.

Slow recovery runs in zone 1 and 2 are categorized as "Pace" runs and add only to the "high aerobic" focus. "Low aerobic" does not even increase by a single point in these cases.

Yesterday, I did a track workout with 3.0 anaerobic effect (also categorized as anaerobic by Garmin Connect). Nearly 1/3 of the workout was in zone 5. Guess what? Not a single point was added to "anaerobic" in training focus - everything went to "high aerobic".

I know, the classic explanation is that the HR-zones are not set correctly, but in my case, I double-checked this. The zones are based on lactate threshold calculated by my HRM-Pro. The maximum heart rate is based on a recent 5k race.

Should I submit a bug report? I have seen similar threads already for other Forerunner devices here on the Garmin forums and on Reddit. Something seems odd with the recent firmware versions, but I am unable to tell when it started...
