Audio prompt issues

I cannot get any audio prompts during activities on phone or earphones.
Worked well with 645 on same iPhone (X) and AirPods ..:(

Any one face(d) the same issue?

I did not get audio prompts during my cycling last week... :(.

Today was ok for cycling, finally I have audio prompts!
