Feature Request (Cross-Device): Add additional Vibrate, Smart Notification, and Do Not Disturb settings

I've recently bought a Forerunner 735XT (new) to try out the Garmin ecosystem as a fitness device as well as smart watch replacement for my Pebble 2+HR. Unfortunately, while the fitness features are pretty great, the smartwatch features are lackluster compared to what Pebble rolled out a decade ago. For instance, I dislike the standard vibrate setting on the FR735XT - it is louder than it is strong, and always vibrates twice in a row with no settings to change that. However, apps like Sleep As Android can send a single, quieter pulse as part of its alarm, so the vibration motor is software-controllable with more fidelity, there are just no user-configurable settings in the watch. Having this more subtle buzz as my default Smart Notifications vibration would be a huge quality of life improvement!

I don't need a double-buzz for a text message. Due to the loudly audible sound of the tone and double-vibrate alerts bothering others around me, my preferred behavior for frequent Smart Notifications like text messages in lieu of a quieter single buzz would be for them to arrive silently but trigger the backlight to alert me. Unfortunately, this seems not to be possible.

It would be nice to have an additional setting for Smart Notifications besides "Tone", "Vibrate" and "Tone and Vibrate", where there is a "Silent" option that still triggers the backlight.

A potential option is to turn on Do Not Disturb (DND) mode, however this does not completely resolve the issue. More time-sensitive notifications like phone calls would not vibrate, and more importantly the backlight is no longer triggered for new Smart Notifications OR for the wrist-flip Gesture mode. At the very least, having an option to determine if DND turns off Gesture backlight would be desirable, as preferences differ, and this behavior is inconsistent and poorly-documented.

On the other hand, this person is having the opposite issue on the Forerunner 935, where they want Gesture disabled during DND but it's not working for them: https://forums.garmin.com/sports-fitness/running-multisport/f/forerunner-935/131559/backlight-gesture-on-while-in-do-not-disturb-mode/731377

The last issue brings up a good point for ALL Garmin devices, which is that the menu settings can be extremely unclear as to what governs what, leading to widespread confusion. If I turn off "Vibration" in the system settings, why are my texts still vibrating? Oh, I have to go into the Bluetooth settings and then the Smart Notifications submenu and I can pick between Tone and Vibration or both, but not neither? The menu needs simplification and clarity. Master settings should affect sub-settings by default but still allow user override.
